The '99 girls white team played 6 games over the MLK weekend, winning 5 and tieing 1, to win their biggest tournment ever. Both the semi-finals and finals were played against Texas team and both went into overtime. Congratulations girls!

AYSA & McDonald's Partners Up To Benefit Youth Soccer
Have lunch at a local McDonald's on any of the Saturdays in January, from 11:30 to 2:30 and a percentage of their sales at the locations below will go to Ahwatukee Foothills Soccer Club! These locations are identified as AFSC locations. The Club could really use these funds to help bring you the best soccer experience possible for your child. Details are below but it's important to note that only Counter Sales are included. So go inside and get some lunch! No flyer needed, just your order!

Practice Schedule Update

AFSC '05 Boys Take Xmas Angels
Congratulations to AFSC's youngest boy's team. They were victorious at the December Xmas Angels tournament.
Practice Schedules Will Change Nov 28th
The practice schedules for many teams will change starting November 28th. This is due to teams being off for High School season and to support AFSC Coaches who coach High School. AFSC wishes the following coaches good luck in their upcoming High School season - Mark Wilson (Mountain Pointe Girls Varsity), Sean Coker (Mountain Pointe Girls Junior Varsity), Marvin Hypolite (Desert Vista Girls Varsity), Bruce Hough (Desert Vista Girls Junior Varsity), Patrick Andrew (Horizon Honors), Umilta Flavius (Marcos de Niza Girls Varsity) and Cindy Edward (Marcos de Niza Girls Junior Varsity).

AFSC '99 Girls White Take Patriots Cup
The '99 Girls White team played up a year at the recent Mesa Patriots Cup and won in a very exciting manner. All 4 teams they played were a year older, 3 of the 4 play in the U14 divisions of State League. In the Semi-finals they battled Gilbert Premier Black 98 and late in the game nailed a free kick from 35 yards out to win 1-0. In the finals, they gave up an early goal to North Scottsdale 98 and then rallied back to tie the game 1-1. The game went to penalty kicks where the girls prevailed, giving up only 1 PK goal. Great job girls!
